I agree with the first comment....it does have a grungy look.....I likey!! That big hoop makes me think of a ''hula hoop".....so, I'm thinkin'.....the lady is a performer.....so that's why she's dancing in the rain.....she's also a thief.....did she steal that big hoop??? Nice one Angel.....it's a bit unusual, but I likey!!! 'lol'!
