Like the low lit scene. Though from your comment I see you are not happy with the result. Do you postwork your scenes? Both Photoshop (color lookup table, lut night from day - Google that) and ON one offer options. You could also start in Daz, using a sphere, making it blue emissive and placing it outside the area the camera field to get some blue tint.
