Description

Shot taken with camera Nikon D7000, lens Sigma 105mm F2.8 EX DG MACRO and studio tent This shot was taken during last Christmas holidays. I wanted to obtain a light/dark effect of this tomato stung by pins. Behind this scene, I wanted to represent the symbolic of hypersensitivity. Sometimes, I feel so assaulted by my environment (noises, lights, people's thoughts) that it is as if my environment is stinging me...

This looks awesome. The tomato as a pin cushion it is classic and recognizable because most pin cushions are made to look like tomatoes. Not even a drip is seeping out where the pin is stuck.
