Taking into consideration the measures implemented by the American, Italian, Chinese, French, Canadian, and British governments; there's no need to tell us not to panic. The public seems quite level-headed, buying sanitizer and face masks and exercising caution. It's the "leaders" at the top seem utterly lost as to what is best to do.

yep, the British government seams to be doing most of the panicking, and they really should have stamped on the media.
