I'm not panicked, nor am I fearful for myself, but where I live a great many people are talking down or make snide remarks about the covid-19 here in the US. Levity about it is a great tool against anxiety and unreasonable fear and panic. But it is most likely things are going to be very bad everywhere. Now Russia is pushing disinformation to sow panic in the west, could a greater case ever be made for making Russia a global pariah. For me it is time to step up in everyway possible, or shut up in everyway possible.

Each state has its own political problems in relation to the disease. I don't know well so I don't comment on the problem of others. I just wish everyone good luck wherever anyone who governs it lives. I give a comment to the image as a work of art that I find incisively communicative. Good health to all

I'm concerned Donald Trump hasn't been doing as well as Scott Morrison. Say what you like about our Prime Minister, himself and the Chief Medical Officer have kept Australians well informed. I'm sad this isn't the case in America.

Folks must stop listening to that lying sociopathic slab of putrid adipose. The only reason he is doing anything now to address this situation (and still too slow) is his concern for his popularity and his reelection...

This virus is serious--oh, yes, folks like to point out that the "regular" flu kills many, many more people, which is not actually true. If one would examine the actual numbers, Covid-19 on a percentage basis, will kill far more people. Based on current information, it is estimated that 40% of the US population could contract this virus, and that roughly 2% will die. Given a US population of ~330 million, that means there could be ~2.64 million deaths, just in the US. ~15% of those with preconditions/over 60 will likely die. So folks had better snap out of their false understanding of the severity of this situation. Science folks, not "gut" feelings and the slop pushed by such useless players as Faux News and the misinformation, once again, pushed by Russia.

The best people can do right now is distance themselves from others, stay away from crowds, self isolate if possible and of course keep your paws away from your face and wash them often.
