I like the pose and body language. The lighting is good. I'm going to step out on a limb here because you indicated that you welcome critical comments. I do and value them more than the atta-boys that are usually posted. Quite often HDRI lighting it too uniform and flat. I would suggest a slight vignette effect to push the edges visually back and bring the girl a bit forward. This is subjective i know, but I feel it would be stronger even though it is not real world accurate. That being said, I personally welcome this type of interaction with my fellow artists. If you are comfortable with it as well, and let me know you are, then I will continue in the future. If not then this will be the only critical comment that I will make.

Thanks, bob3dartist! I welcome your comment about the lighting. I think it is good to get constructive advice. Lighting is so critical to producing a really good render, and it is therefore very useful to hear another point of view which can help the learning process and advance one's skills.
