Description

I made, before some days, this blending image as usually, hope you like this disturbing one too! Many thank's for looking, a great day to you all.... the most important thing is that you all stay alive and healthy, because this is not over yet. Yesterday René and I had the luck to chat with our daughter and the two grandchildren via Messenger, so at least we stay connected! PS: I used as background one of dear Gille's (AureliusdeMercoeur) artworks!

You are a fabulous artist the image is a true masterpiece, very evocative of the moments that everyone, some more or less, are experiencing. Here it seems that the situation remains terrible. We go on staying at home if possible.

Grazie amico mio, ti fa sapere come cambiare il suo stile di tanto in tanto ed è questo che rende un buon artista, sempre a creare pin up nude o solo ritratti, non è arte per me. Purtroppo, molti dei nostri amici artisti qui presenti sembrano averlo dimenticato in qualche modo e rendono omaggio ai malvagi profeti!

(I should be going backwards, but your recent images have been so inventive, I have to comment on them too...) These two people are half human, and half cracked-plaster, as if the virus has overtaken them and sucked their life from them. It's very powerful...You convey "desiccation" (Trocknung?) very powerfully, with the cracks in their skin, and the way the trees crack through their bodies. (And you've given ghost-images of the trees---double exposures, in photographic terms---which makes the whole image feel like a nightmare.) Yet, the two souls are together, and maybe that is their redemption. An image of dissolution and loss, but maybe connection will save them (and everyone) in the end.
