Good morning my friends, here is my to days update! We have 640.319 inhabitants, about 1605 infections and 15 deaths so far, many tests are done all over the country - Our government is TOP!!!! We still accept patients from the Alsace ourselves! Violations of the curfew are punished with heavy fines. This week the police made 1.100 controls with more than 200 warnings and fines. There are still people who think they don't have to follow the rules. They just said at the TV, that the elder people (like myself with 73 years) have to stay absolutely home! René and myself go still out to the supermarket once a week, René makes the purchases with mouthguards and thin rubber gloves, which are then disposed of, in the meanwhile I stay in the car. Je suis, comme tous, les consignes recommandées, toutefois, je sors pour acheter nourriture et médicaments tôt le matin pour éviter les foules et je marche dehors, loin de tous. Je prends les précautions sérieusement, car même en bonne santé, à 76 ans, je suis plus vulnérable que les jeunes, non seulement à ce virus, mais aussi à la grippe qui provoque beaucoup plus de mortalité.

I went to the super market today with a mask and rubber gloves. I seen one person with a mask, while there probably more than 100 people in the store. the parking lot was nearly full.
