She says everything that she did not dare to tell anyone else, about the constant stare on her by some patients, about the rudeness of some employees, about of being scolded often on the clinic's problems as if she is responsible for them, about the need to beg for assistance and have to wait for too long, about being looked down by some Chinese people because she is Caucasian, and so, and so, and so.
