Description
Well it's been a long while since I posted any art here at Renderosity. I wanted to have a play with my newest 3D model that's only available at my own website. This is a Focke Wulf 190 that's seems to have run into some troubles. I wanted a pretty basic setup scene wise but I did play around with some trans-mapped single sided flat planes to simulate both smoke and fire. Applying sub-division and displacement helped with the effect I think. This German fighter is all fully rigged and textured for 4 theatres of combat. The other aircraft in the background are Spitfires which was roughly textured, but it's my next project to release. Built in 3DS Max and ZBrush, textured in Substance Painter and rendered in DAZ Studio with Iray. Thanks for looking

BEEE-utiful. Love the render, and the model of course. Very romantic, in a sweet dog fight sort of way. 5++
