The opening in the shell is bright, bright white. It's like an intense lamp. The light on the flower's petals is intense as well. And you have shadow throughout the petals and the shell's rim, to balance out all the light. It's a still life with very powerful light: The shell looks like a bright light, resting on top of a flower. A very bright, affirming still life. I hope you are well, Priska, and I wish the same for your family. I hope the virus doesn't touch you or anyone you know. Thank you, as always, for your very kind comments.
