I am BACK!
After a few years on hiatus from the Poser-verse, I am BACK! Currently enjoying Poser Pro 11 and testing out what it can do compared to its predecessors.
Sorry, my computer refuses to run DS 4.x so although I have nothing against that program as such, it's just not an option to me. Not that I mind much, I know Poser and why start at square one with a new program?
But that makes me a Poser User™ - so whatever I make is for Poser. I think most of the props will work in DS, but I have no way of testing it. Downloader Beware ;)
Other than that, I am some 50+ years old (not giving the exact amount isn't because of vanity but it saves me from remembering to update this every time another year has passed)
Mother of two, now adult kids.
Married to a very patient man
Obsessed with Alan Rickman
Even more obsessed with Severus Snape
NEW: Now also obsessed with Tim Roth - and his alter ego Cal Lightman from the TV series Lie To Me
Whovian
Occasionally a Star Trek geek (on the low burner at the moment)
japanophile
Plays Pokemon Go every day! HAH!
Working as a train conductor.
Probably a pervert, depending on who you ask
Never TOO serious ;o)

Nice street scene!

Yes. I do love that London set

Lovely scene in all particulars: lighting, composition, background.
I do have a small question about the posing: would it not be more natural if he took her right hand instead of her left?
Yeah, I'm a nit-picking bastard. I started my professional life as a quality assurance technician on a fighter radar system: we're nit-picking bastards by training, as well as temperament. [wry smile]

Uhm yeah ... but ..er .. I started out from a pose which was like this. Besides, I'm lefthanded. I guess these were as well ;)
(TBH it did annoy me that it was the left hands :) )

I love her skeptical expression!

Yea .. "Really? But we're asked to stay at home" ;)

oh oh nice job !!! I see you also used one of my free Valentine's Day poses as a base. I really love it's very successful. Thank you very much. :)

Ooh yes, you made that pose! I couldn't remember who did! Sorry for not crediting <3

Lisbeth, what a wonderful scene! You captured the emotions perfectly, and the setting really reflects what's happening right now in the world. Congrats on this being selected for Staff Picks of the Week--we BOTH got the honors (My "Healing a Sick World" made it )
Which architectural set is this? I gotta have it for my runtime!
TrekkieGrrrl
Thanks. The scene is Stonemason's Streets of Old London, from Daz. Converted to Poser (GAH!)

Beautiful street scene, I love the lighting, tones, composition everything. the hand thing can be overlook, I'm sure we can find a reasonable explanation as to why he grabbed the left. Maybe he tried the right and she pulled away so then he took the left, lol!
GAH! is right! I envy you for having converted this so well! I have started using Poser 12 recently and have also tried (and sometimes successfully) converted a few things. I started with small props and then tried bigger scenes. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm still very new to all this so I'm sure that when it doesn't work it's mostly my fault. It's a shame that the DSON importer is no longer good in Poser 12. I have it on an old computer where I use Poser 2014 but it would be so much more easier if I could just have everything on one computer.
