Description
Been absent for months, but this time I'm back to post the roof of a local rotunda, converted into a twisting madhouse escape from the dire coronavirus pandemic we are all experiencing. Hope everyone is hanging on for dear life during this nightmare, dutifully employing your social distancing, washing your hands, not touching your face, nose, etc. Anxiety and uncertainty rule the day. Condolences to all who have lost a friend, relative or loved one. And their job.

Good to see your work, Harry! Been too long!
This image pretty well illustrates the twisted, topsy-turvey existence we're all enduring these days. I've seen some pretty messed up stuff in my 71 years, but this tops the charts in so many ways. Feels like we're all in one of those disaster movies.
Stay safe out there, my friend!

guilband calls this a fractal...it really looks like a fractal (even though you've stated that it's a postworked photo), and you've made a luminous abstract out of a rotunda, that captures the state that all of us are in now. Rotundas, to begin with, are pretty spectacular abstracts, but this one is like an extreme heat-warp hit it, and it's oozing and surging all over the place. Some of the beams look like they have trains on them, that are traveling somewhere. (How many of us wouldn't want to do that now...) I love the light in this, a green-white light that makes it look like a hall of mirrors inside of a nightmare. Fine work on this, Harry...lotta air and light, but still very threatening. And thank you for your message, it's beautifully written, and very kind. It's great to see you here after so long...
