Well for those who like to know more about me this is it. My real name is Ed van Dalen. I live in the Netherlands, in Rotterdam to be precise. I was born in 1962 in that same city. This site (Renderosity) is a great place to be and I enjoy being here very much. A little explanation for the picture. Someone at the site gave me the idea for this logo when he linked my name with the name of the rockband Van Halen.  There is a resemblance with their logo but I gave it my personal twist with the mouse in the rings to make the connection to computer art.
BIO
As I told in the intro I'm dutch. I work as a service mechanic for 21 years now and since recently as a freelance digital artist. I am not a die hard computer artist because I started only about a year ago with this kind of art. I have been painting pin-ups for a lot of years until I visited a bookmarket where I found a book about 3d digital rendered figures. From then on I was hooked. It took until May this year (2005) before I had the nerve to post my first image. I'm glad I did though cause since then I got to know a lot of wonderful people who gave me the confidence to carry on with my art. This site has made my world so much bigger and I thank everyone who comes and visit it.

Hopefully there will be a future.... If so, we definitely need to rethink some things...

the car(rocket ship with four wheels) covered in mud is very realistic. outstanding work and life as we know it is always changing.
before Measles for one person with the disease would infect from 18- 20 some people. Worldwide more than 140,000 people died from measles in 2018. no cutting corona virus short, (1 infects 2-3 people), but it is not the end of the world. the brilliant researchers will make a vaccine and cure
