Hello Rendosians ! Today, I upload a picture with a traditional pastry for Easter from my country. This is a "lammala " or "lammele" : a word from Alsace that means "little lamb". it comes from the german "Lammlein" (lamm=lamb, lein=little) This one was backed by my husband (didn't I tell you he has a lot of qualities? ;-) ). This pastry is usually a gift for children for Easter. I also saw it in german speaking countries such as Austria. Have a great Easter day, even if it's very special this year ! Stay safe ! Virginie

Si je savais dire "miam miam" dans toutes les langues, je me lancerais ! Franchement appétissant cet agnelet et je suis d'autant plus sincère que je déteste l'aganeau, la viande ! Il est doué ton conjoint...vous ne viendriez pas faire un tour dans le sud, une fois le confinement oublié (si ça arrive un jour !) ? Je suis bien du genre à lui abandonner la cuisine pour qu'il exerce son art. Il reste encore demain pour fêter Pâques, alors heureuses Pâques.

Une très belle photo, aux couleurs vives du printemps, dans ces jours de confinement inondés de soleil, un paradoxe pas toujours facile à vivre ! Je ne connaissais pas la tradition des Lammala, mais ça a l'air très bon, sous cette magnfique lumière printanière. Bon week-end pascal, la Souris !
