after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakotaย for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve

Oh, if only..... Yeah, spray that sucker down with something extremely flammable, then light 'er up! Great work as always, Steve!
Been stressin' a bit lately, with this covid s##t, doing taxes, and now my FB getting cloned. Haven't even felt like working on the T.N.A. story lately.. Maybe tomorrow...

Maybe a spray-on virus killer will happen, if not presently to deal with this current Coronavirus.
I've railed against (and in a couple of cases, deleted posts about) America's failure to be proactive about this virus when the first cases started propping up on our shores. The time will come (SOON, around first Tuesday in November hopefully) for serious and consequential accountability for letting our defenses down, but for now we need to somehow contain this outbreak. We're losing too many people. It's fricking unimaginable.

Nice picture. And we do have sprays that kill this thing. Most household disinfectants will do just fine. The only problem with spraying (apart from the fact that all the store are sold out of disinfectants right now) is that you can't see them, so it's hard to be sure you're spraying the right place.

I so wish this was true. Great scene. These viruses are big enough that you could shoot them with a pellet gun, with the pellets soaked in that liquid. The only issue I have right now is that I scrubbed the Public Restroom floors with ammonia and now my lungs are complaining. At least I didn't mix it with bleach...

love how you visualized this, and your virus-killing-lady is sticking her tongue out---great addition! And you got the essence of the virus---those crazy little balls with antenna sticking out. Your light makes this look like an underwater scene, but it also looks like the world has been taken over by a thick muddy fog---the fog of covid. Great job with the crushed plaster too, and all those bent steel beams, and the pipes on the bottom (and tires, skill, etc). A real apocalyptic scene----really well done, Steve. And your model is in deep crimsons, which makes her stand out from the crazy place she's trying to cure. Really well done, as always. It would be nice if she really was out there, spraying down the disease...
