Great image! The desaturation and dark shadows adds a bit of tragedy to the image, often seen in urban documentary photography. The commuters walk past her and hardly give her a glimpse, it makes you wonder if this is her daily way of making a living.

Thanks! It was inspired by Dire Straits. I wanted it to feel almost lonely for her amidst a big crowd. The dark less saturated feel seemed to put me there.
