Description
Today, on the birthday of King Willem IV (Willem Alexander) the Dutch had the most indoor Monarchy celebration ever..
Due to Covid 19.
Still many celebrated with a National TV - show ... including the King, Queen and the 3 Prinsesses...
And many had the Flag outside..
The Dutch Flag is Red White and Blue.. but when we celebrate the Monarchy or the birthday of one of the Prinesses and Queen we add the Orange color to it.. We are the only country in the world who (officially) does that... Adding a 4th collor to our flag.. (The Royal Family's name is "Orange-Nassau)
It was a special day anyway.. as in the afternoon from almost all houses came the National Anthem sang by the people that had to stay inside...
A special Day we will never forget
