(another piece I left huge) An alley...this time at dusk. More "mystery and melancholy"... Thanks again for your wonderful visits and support---stay safe, everyone, and stay whole! m ------------------

Wicked work on this intense and dramatic scene. It's just creepy enough that a person would want to walk, or perhaps, run to the other end of it.

DUUUDE! Seriously! This is beyond words... I LOVE this, Mark! What a classic mystery alley - I can just make up all kinds of stories based on this image... Wow! I'm drooling over this one, buddy!

Now I want to give you a photo assignment to photograph alleys I can put the Girls in! 🤣😁

I love the point of view from close to the wall... like we're hiding out or sneaking out past curfew. Cool lighting overhead and the blue sky matching the tall building in the distance make both a very pretty backdrop. I wanna run down the alley to see what all the postings on the walls say. :)

Looks a bit like Jack's working street in London by Night!

Wow, by converting your mono b & w of the Chicago alley into a color scene you came up with what could easily pass as the Las Vegas strip, replete with bright lights! Beautiful clean night shot. And the alley seems to go on forever.

This is a seriously clean and well lit alley in Lincoln Park. I think I could curl up in the shadows and get some sleep until the local officer walking his beat woke me. Sweet POV

Such a wonderful remember to me, 2017 I was with my sister in Chicago for some days and we both had a great evening, walking happy and little drunken home back to the Lake of Michigan from the Blue Chicago Bar - and the way was looking exactly like your photo. Just a little creepy and first we wanted to take a Taxi but how to find? so we walked through the town and nothing happens to us and thats why I do love your photo so much - I feel how it was there! 👌🏼 5 stars 😎
