your original is very complex, and your angle caught all kinds of tangles---I rarely see such tangles around here. It's a very limb-heavy shot, like a tree on a "bad hair day". I love the way it looks. Your variations are more of your swirls and cauldron-y boiling soups (or lava). The first one has those rhythmic 'beats' that you got in your last variations. While the second one seems clear of those rat-a-tat beats, and is filled instead with beautiful sensual swirls. In the top one you have prismatic hues (beautiful), and in the bottom, it's like platinum. You have deep shadows in both, little 'black holes', which are dramatic; and the bottom one is like a vat of stirred chewing gum (!), and it looks delicious! (As you saw, I did variations on some pics that richardphotos offered, but your gallery is filled with variations of every kind...you've a knack for abstraction and vivid shapes, and always have.) More sensual abstraction from you. Who knew trees could look this way??? Always good to see you here on a regular basis, and I hope you're staying well and healthy, Harry. All good health to you!

Love all 3 images, Harry! I love the variations you've done here, but Mark says it much more eloquently than I ever could, so I'll just say... "What Mark said X 2"! 😉
