when I first saw this (my arm gave out, preventing me from commenting for a day or two), I thought it was another variation of the marbles...or maybe a blend of marbles with your previous tree photos...but it's really the dissolving of a tree in a mass of thick mists of deep pinks, as they wash over parts of those beautiful, bony branches. I'd have never thought of doing something like this---a very creative inspiration, ie, to have branches interact with a heavy wash of color (incl grays as well). I know you call it 'watercolor', but it goes beyond normal watercolor wash: It's a surreal shapshot of color-globs overtaking a tree. And the globs are gelatinous...Strange and strangely beautiful, Harry.
