Following on from the Corum character study... "The Oak and the Ram" 4th book of Corum by Michael Moorcock.

Defintely better than the first one. The background gained by the appearance of the skull and I feel that the fog in the forgeground is better, too. Should you plan a third version you could reconsider the holding of the sword (never mind that it is quite difficult to hold a claymore with one hand, the hand should be much nearer the guard).

Cheers, RRun... I did think at first glance the sword was way too far down in position, always go with your gut on these things, not the actual suggested posing for the item :)

The less is more approach ?? The reduction of effects leaves room for the power and drama of the characters to emerge, especially that thing in the background. Love the very apropos outfit. Another moebius classic !! :-)
