More of your wonderful exploration of styles and techniques. This has an anime quality---especially in the girl's face, eyes, lips and nose. Very anime-like. You did this on a heavy grained paper-texture---like very heavy watercolor paper: It's beautiful, and it adds all kinds of warmth and texture to your image. The contrast of the cat's white with the girls browns is beautiful. And her hair is like brown silk, or even brown-tinted gold leaf. The oval with the tree in it makes this a keepsake, like a memory from childhood: beautifully conceived. A beautiful image, and it feels very warm. And it's a touching answer to sadness (love, closeness, and beautiful memory-tinged nature...)
