remarkable imagination as well as realization...the obsidian beasts are big beautiful pileups of obsidian strata...and the obsidian background is like a vast obsidian auto-graveyard (a place for a billion discarded obsidian 'parts')...That huge Jupiter-like planet is a great contrast, and the deep red planet (to the left) adds a wonderful rich hue to the obsidian blacks, slates, grays, blues and whites. A very inventive and technically fine image.
