Did you ever think you'd see the day.. As if it wasn't hard enough to meet people when I was young. A mask is worn to protect other people if they have a lowered immunity but it restricts your breathing and stresses your body which lowers your immunity which is counter productive to why most people wear them. Get sunshine, take care of yourself and eat healthy food especially fresh fruits and vegetables and cut out sugars and corn syrup. A surgeon wears a mask to protect an immunity suppresses patient, not themselves. Nurse the sick back to health just like we always have because the rest of us need to get back to work to take care of the ones we love.
