ditto guilband: it DOES look like an earthquake interacted with it. You got some highly inventive image here, Harry: The original is one your rhythmic studies, where you pour over repeated objects...those of us who've seen your fence shots know this side of your art well. You've lined the picket-tops with the planting-rows behind them (rows for plants?) Another of your fine perspective shots.
In variation 1, you've cut it into ribbons, and they've blown in the wind and piled up on the bottom (great use of the space-between---a really analytic treatment!) No. 2 is a spectacular abstract---almost like Bryce, and a lot like frosted stalagmites with beautiful translucent mineral deposits (and canyons) A beautiful otherworldly vision. And 3 is your original dropped in a time warp: It's like we're seeing this just before the warp took over the land. Very creative work, Harry! You dived into a very vertical image and made it curvilinear and very creative. Thank you once more for your superlative comments (and puns, lol), and it's great to see you here nearly every day during this pandemic. I wish you great strength in fending it off (along with all the other things you've dealt with). As I've said, your art hasn't suffered a bit from this time---I hope you and it continue to flourish through it!
