Description

One thing that I am slowly getting used to, is the clapping as Nursing Staff, go by. I see very clearly now that It shows the utter respect we all have for those brave front line Nurses and Doctors, without whom, this world would be a whole lot different now. My picture is to express my gratitude to all those brave Practitioners risking their lives on a daily basis and that really how a person appears on the outside is so markedly different compared to who they actually are deep inside, both in the real world and off duty. My Father in Law died two days ago of COVID 19, at 95 and believe you me, those IC Staff, fought every step of the way for him, even though the palliative care Team were eventually asked to intervene. Arrowe Park Hospital is where he died. The Hospital staff probably became world-renowned when the British residents, trapped in China, were flown in two planes, one of which was temporary isolation for 85 of the first British citizens to be suspected carriers of the Coronavirus. They were housed in accommodation, formerly used by Nursing Staff there at Arrowe Park.

My heart-felt condolences for your father's-in-law succumbing to this damned virus, Steve. Give Cathy a big hug for me. So many fine "seniors" have been unnecessarily lost due to the cavalier attitude of our political (ignorant and parasitic) "leaders." Do like how you've depicted the healthcare worker, would be sort of funny if the situation wasn't so dire. All of us must give our sincere thanks each and every day to these "warriors" on the front line and pray they remain safe, because without them we'd all be up that foul creek without a paddle.
