So it wasn't just me thinking how oddly quiet that intersection is (of course, it's perhaps due to lockdown and all), but I just assumed it was just a small town thing. A beautiful scene all the same, just hoping the town finds its vibe soon (along with the rest of the world, when Covid-19 is finally taken down).
