lol, Rod...This is such a fascinating picture! It's like a raging river right next to a thoroughfare. And we can tell it's raining because the sky and atmosphere is all grayed out. All that rushing water is almost like a huge cashmere throw, and it seems so incongruous next to a large road with cars. There's even a bird taking in the rain (I can't tell the species, but he's on the tuft of green in the foreground-left.) Lots of motion in this shot, very dramatic. I love your angle here!
