Well, it is actually my left shoulder :( I have a tear in the muscle called the rotator cuff. I cannot have surgery until November when I go on Medicare. I had insurance when my husband worked, but he retired and I cannot afford health insurance now:(
I cannot lift my left arm without horrible pain and cannot hold anything without horrible pain. Sometimes, at night, even the blanket on my arm is too heavy and hurts my shoulder!!
