I love what you're doing with your postworked images---and I love the music, too!
This is Django! The miracle guitarist, who played with 2 good fingers, and was in a class by himself! You've blended 3 or 4 images very subtly---the central image of Django (from the album cover?) is blended perfectly over the LP label, with the label nudging into his cheek. And the left side is the "liner notes"---the descriptions, history,, etc, which I see is in English and Deutsch. Grappelly is here too---another great artist---and even two versions of Bach! ("Straight" and "hot"!) That illustration of Django---on the back of the LP cover---reminds me of Andy Warhol's early drawings, before Warhol did his 'pop' art pieces---ie, loose, jazzy and very expressive. And you tilted the label to meet the angle of Django's head. Really well done, Priska---you're a natural at this. (And how can anyone not like your record collection? You have terrific artists in your home!) If you listen to the "other" gypsy guitar style---flamenco---you can understand how Django got his lightning-fast style. A delightful montage, done with real panache.
