Description
-- By the year 2062, climate change, and the chaos it unleashes, has redrawn the map of the world.
-- The United States, having clung for too long to fossil fuels, loses its world leadership to Mexico, which has invented and perfected the clean energy process called Reverse Lightning.
-- Some US territories have been absorbed into the new, vital, prosperous Mexico. Others have split into squabbling mini-nations, each with its own priority.
-- In tiny Jeffersonia (formerly Northern California) survival is now the only priority.
