Description
I was down the alley talking to my friend and I mentioned that I hope some high Cumulus bring some rain. I went home and was at my computer when I got a text from him and he said that I am better than the weather channel. not hard to do.
any way I had an elbow on the down spout, but leaves were stopping it up, so I took it off. that is a 3x5 downspout that is totally full coming off the patio cover.
since the Live Oak is long gone, maybe I will put the elbow back on

yeah, it sounds like you know your clouds...I know some clouds indicate that other types are on their way (cirrus before cumulonimbus, right? did I remember that right?) I love the action of the water splashing out in this shot...and flowing all over the ground. Some insect got hit in the head with this, and is thinking, "hey! what am I, chopped liver???" Cool shot of all that action. The water is really taking off...
