The judge handed out meal tickets, and a lecture on respecting the nation’s zoning laws. The people gathered at the wall are nenioj, hoping for a power outage that will let them escape the dreaded Blua Zona. They’d live better lives if they could sneak into the Verda Zona, which is occupied by people the government finds useful. The nenioj would have no chance, though, of passing the stronger, guarded walls into the elite Rosa Zona.
