Description
Dominic Otso, free trader and captain of the starship Nahia and his pilot, Sarna Shuran, are meeting a potential passenger in the starport bar on Quandoo. It seems she needs to go to New Ilium, and is offering a fair price if they can leave immediately with no questions asked. She's even willing to pay extra if they can avoid "wasting time" going through customs on the way out.
