When I am not working and improving my skills in digital art 2D/3D modeling/texturing I enjoy working with watercolor, color pencils, watercolor pencils, and making handmade cards/bookmarks. In my store you will find over 1000+ products I have poured my heart into. I have also done many CD Covers, Book Covers, Magazines, E-zines, commission work, licensing, and my agent still licenses out my artworks for larger scale companies. I have won several awards and appeared in ImagineFX several times. I have sold thousands of prints of my work through deviantART. Please check out my gallery here on Renderosity or on dA for prints: http://cosmosue.deviantart.com/gallery/
Prior to brokering at Renderosity (pre 2006) I spent 2 years as a gallery moderator at deviantART.com, I have also worked as an Art Sales Manager and I have worked at a very eclectic art gallery for over a year. I started out many years ago in art school, doing 2 years towards my bachelors in Fine Arts. I also decorated cakes while putting myself through art school.
I am also a certified Notary Public.
So as you can see, I keep myself pretty busy!

for slopping down some water and just going with the flow, the sense of lighting permeating the wood is very well done, excellent work

Love it! Watercolors frustrated me. I respect any painter who can create beautiful watercolor paintings.

This is simply wonderful in so many ways. There is a wonderful sense of serenity in these woods, with just a hint of magick in the air. you have just enough branches coming off the trees to break up what could be an overabundance of vertical lines, but because of those branches (some like hands reaching out to a neighboring tree) it doesn't go there. You decision to frame the illustration with two darker trees in the foreground is brilliant because it invites us to wander into these woods and get lost in the mist. I am very taken by what I see here.
I hope you take this as the compliment I intend it to be: But if I were in Pier 1 (back when it existed) or Barnes & Noble and saw these available as greeting cards, I would pick up a box and buy them. These would be simply perfect to send people for birthdays or "just thinking of you" moments.
Excellent work (so, please go slap down some more water and paint – I love it).

That’s a very nice and well thought out comment, and very much appreciated.
I actually have painted some cards but not many, and just on “rough” paper not so detailed.
But I’m trying to build up a new watercolor portfolio and then hope to open a print store online somehow not sure which site yet. And yes cards would be available I think. I’ve sold a few already :)
But these larger works are not yet available in print but they will be soonish!! Thanks very much!
