Description
This image was inspired by the Swastika, the fusion of the material and spiritual worlds. The Swastika is an ancient image that has been used for hundreds, if not thousands, of years by Hindus, Buddhists, Native Americans, and Ancient Greeks, just to name a few. It is very unfortunate that this symbol was appropriated and forever bastardized by the Nazis of WWII and beyond. Please educate yourselves about this symbol and don't let the ignorance of one group destroy its significance. Like many symbols, I feel this one should be taken back from those who demonized it.

Serpentika is a very beautiful study. I like much the pure form of it. About Swastika, youre in right: it is a very deep symbol, connected with the snake, and with his wisdom. Snake, in the form of the Swastika (and in that of the circle), is connected for itself to the origin, the Chaos, but even the primitive condition. For this reason it is so fascinating. Very well done, my friend... :o)
