Description
The Mexican Book of Jeez was written in Esperanto, and it said very different things than the English version, published in Jeffersonia.
The English Book of Jeez claimed that God’s love was enumerated in dollars. In the Esperanto version, God’s love was proven when people took care of one another.
When Piano had nearly drowned, the Mexicans had rescued him — a nenio stranger! They’d nursed him back to health and offered him a job and a home, their charity only reaching its limits with the bombing of the Labs.
In Jeffersonia, starving nenioj died moaning in the muddy alleys, with passersby yelling: "It’s your fault. You shoulda worked harder."
Piano, feeling enlightened, decided to spread the word of Mexico’s version of the Book of Jeez.

I like your story. I'd also rather live in a world where people take care of each other.
