Foreground model is wearing Las Vegas hair and Amazon Princess face morph.
Background model is wearing Cassiopia hair.

I applied Photoshop's watercolor filter to the stock Dragon map and made some color tweaks. He was rendered with a subtle displacement of his bump map to make look more, well...bumpy!
The background was generated in about six seconds using Aurora.
The image was rendered in three layer passes to allow flexibility of final placement and then assembled in Photoshop.
