Description

At age 75, I decided to learn how to DAZ. I've been using Poser since Version 4 and my first model was Victoria 2, and I've been a loyal promoter of all things Poser. However.....when my Poser died half way through my internet outage because it couldn't check my credentials, I vowed to get a viable alternative, as it's the only thing I really like to do. DAZ quickly won me over, even though I still haven't figured it out completely. It's a lot like Vue, so that helped. It's powerful and does so much that Poser can't. I'm keeping Poser because I have a heavy investment in V4 and older Poser stuff, and I really love V4. Anyway, after numerous failed attempts at a decent render, I finally got one I liked quite by luck, I think. Anyway....hope everyone is well and safe. I love this headdress by BadKittyCo!!!

Hey!

I am so happy to see you give Daz a try. I used Poser for so long myself as you know but I love Daz as it is so much more powerful and you can get such better results once you learn how to use it. I’m still learning new things about it and I love it. I think you will too.

This is an awesome image though and if you have an questions feel free to ask. I look forward to seeing more Daz renders from you soon :) Oh! Almost forgot. You can bring all your V4 stuff into Daz and use it there too.

Keep up the awesome work!

Brava! You have created a wonderful scene, Linda...you seem to have mastered the lighting and the rendering engine. Look forward to more DAZ from you (as well as Poser). Poor Poser--it really has lost ground over the years.

You do wonderful DAZ work. If you ever decide to venture back into Poser, please site mail me. I have some tips on getting more mileage out of V4's closet.
