Description

Hello dear Marco, this new image is for you, because you told me some days ago, that you are fascinated by these unique little people and you were attracted by them and their way of life. This morning I spend some hours in my DAZ-studio to create a new Dwarf, so at the end, I simply named it Hansel and Gretel! I hope you like it a little bit and I thank you for your marvelous friendship! Here is my "Dwarf Video from 2016", I hope you enjoy it a little bit! Thank you very much, my dear Ute. Miniature worlds and tales; what is there to look for? Basically, the same as when we stand on the threshold of our door facing the outside, or balanced on a roof under construction, facing the sky (my father was a carpenter). The quest tales (young and old) remind us of this: we have to leave the known territory of our daily routine, in order to hope, through the passage of different initiation tests, to bring a better environment that we have left. Reduced to its simplest expression, we understand better, how this strong narrative structure can give meaning to any human project, to our life, even. One day, I had the intuition that this story could be applied to the work of art, as a meeting ground between the creator and his public: the work is this imaginary landscape, small in appearance, but infinite by the hope of its possible paths, where an avatar of the artist (figurative or not) hopes to meet the avatar (the embodiment of thought) of its audience. In other words, you have to accept to sink deeper, or even get lost in the "terra incognita" of the work, so that away from other eyes, the meeting between two souls who recognize each other takes place. To perceive "When the painting rises", said Daniel Arasse. When suddenly, what we were looking for in a confused way in the work takes on the evidence of an apparition: this part of ourselves, that only the encounter with the other is capable of giving us back. So thank you Ute for being one of those people who allow this kind of meeting.

Oui, avec les KIDS4, (mais comment je les fait c'est mon petit secret, j'en ait toute une école buissonnière)! La plupart des arrière-plans je les trouves chez des amis artistes de DeviantArt.
