My day-time job consists of Design and Illustration for commercial printing for the past 35 years, I started at the age of 15, doing Illustration for screen printing. I do all my creation work in Carrara 3 and export Objects to poser for use there. I started doing 3D with Adobe Dimentions 1.0 and poser 1.0. I switched to Corel's Dream 3d when I had the chance and forgot about poser until I received a notice that I could upgrade from from 1 to 5, which caught my interest. I do take requests and can be contacted here or by email mappsman@hotmail.com.

Well I would not wish to cross her path or get on her bad side. A most excellent character and fine looking render! Great work, Mapps! Well done!

Wow, that's a big girl! She's a good looking character, her proportions look good.

A great Character. I believe she was one of the Gaming Character's you mentioned. What are her Strength;s and Weakness's ?

In a D20 game a Half Giant size would be part of their bonus (in my RPG it increases their carrying capacity) but also has drawbacks in cramped quarters which for most folks they are not considered cramped. They also receive a big bonus to Strength (+4) and a small penalty to Dexterity (-1). They also have a special bonus to Potion making that I am still working out the details on. Dwarves for example can choose to brew their potions as beer. For example a Beer of healing :-)

Simulating the metabolism of creatures and their strength and endurance is something usually in the realm of postulation more than even guess work. One upon a time in aerospace I used to call such things applied to logistics and build cost "beanulation" as in simulated bean counting. We had "data delvers" and "data diddlers" as well as "tanker crankers" when a computer terminal was installed and folks were trained to use it in hierarchical classes. Don't take my words a criticism but rather as acceptance of a floor or maybe even a loft on the way to something truly magical.
