Today just 3 simple portraits, because last weekend I caught another great bronchitis and a disgusting flu, I am hoarse and now im drinking ginger tea since the early morning!

I'm trying to skip around, here, but this trio of solo portraits demands my comments...In this image, you're created a rouge-like reddish tone, with sepias and some rust-tones underneath. And you created a "pastel" feeling, like fine rubbed chalks. The tone is contemplative, reflective. And the shadows on her are beautiful contrast to the bright light on her. It looks as if you patted the colors on with cotton swabs...beautiful soft textures. And the textures fit her longing gaze perfectly. A beautiful trio of images, Ute.
I have to go suddenly; but I'm not finished with your gallery: I'll be back for another session either tonight or tomorrow. I hope you're staying well, both you and Rene, and I appreciate all your hopes that we practice proper precautions everyday. There are too many people who don't: I appreciate that you remind all of us that it's essential. (Too many Americans do not.) Stay safe and well, and I'll be back in the next day.
