Description
Some notes on tall and short people. If you look at a tall basketball player you’ll notice that his arms, legs, and torso are longer than they are in a person of normal height. Also in a short person his arms, legs, and torso are shorter than a normal person.

Thanks once again for this info. I think there was once a utility sold here at Rendo that helped resize Victoria 3 with correct proportions. One day I'll try the resize manually.
