Description
I wanted to work on male portraits since a while, but find them much more challenging than girls. In terms of portraits males generally speaking need more drama and expression. Maybe this is a bit of a gender stereotype, but it took me some time and a few failed experiments. After some tries and do-overs I decided that this one is the one for now.
As always, I am very happy about suggestions and feedback in order to improve! :-)

This is really nicely done. As far as feedback, I love your Black and White choice. Shallow DOF also works nicely here. Lighting is well done. Character is believable. I think you are hitting on all the key elements.

Very stylish. Full marks on b&w, lighting and pose. Personally I prefer more rugged/mature characters for male portraits, but this is impressive as is.
