Description

This image started out as a quick test with Teleblender 4 and Blender 2.83, and as it sometimes goes, turned into something I'm rather surprised about. It's a Genesis 3 character, posed in DAZ Studio, sent over with Teleblender, then rendered with Cycles at 500 samples. I added a volumetric particle system from a previous scene, which I've only learnt about last week while I was doing the Sad Robot animation. There's a HDRI involved and a couple of point lights, and a wind node for the dForce hair. Underwear by outoftouch, Jam Hair by Biscuits.

It certainly has a wonderful, dreamy effect, Jay. I like it very much! Don't you just love those "quick tests?" If I had a dollar for every one of them that turned into a 5 or 6 hour exploration extravaganza....

Just posted my first major DS render after getting DS reinstalled and configured on that new SSD.. I'm happy! LOL

Absolutely, Rod! The moment you “try” to make these things happen really hard, it’ll never come out like that. That’s creativity for you 😂
