Description

Here's one of our new recruits for the Kansas City office, Nelly. She is currently participating in our very intense Pursuit And Avoidance course at an undisclosed location in the midwest USA. And yes.... Our agents frequently train in heels and stylish, sexy outfits. It's all part of the job. And aren't you glad... 😉 This is my first major render since getting DAZ Studio reinstalled on a new SSD in the machine with the RTX2080ti GPU. Nelly and the ATV were rendered at just over 5000 pixels wide and 3000 + high. It took slightly over an hour with 4 light sources. The BG is one of my own photos from May of this year. The shadow was added entirely in Photoshop, with 3 different multiply layers. I am also currently working on the next page in the T.N.A. story. It feels good to get back into things - and get my mind off all the insanity/stupidity going on! Also... I would ask a favor... Please keep our friend Dan (Diemamker) in your thoughts and prayers. Depression is a tough and bumpy road to travel in the best of times (been there, done that), and even tougher with all the current BS going on. He has shared much with me and with all of us, and made us laugh with his great sense of humor. Thank you all. As always, thank you so much for stopping by, and for all your wonderful comments, friendships and support! Rod's Blog Facebook Twitter Girls From T.N.A. Website Girls From T.N.A. Not what you would call the best riding gear for an off road vehicle, but the terrain does not look to hazardous. The weather looks ideal for riding. She is a beautiful addition to the team. Superb work!

This came out really great, Rod, especially good work on the shadow :) She looks like an excellent T.N.A. addition...Do like that pose she's taking on that spanking new ATV :)

If you took a scan of this, you'd have PET scan. (bad joke...) (pursuit escape training? p.e.t.???) (never mind...) You've always combined photos and 3D models so well. Part of it here is the coordination of colors: Her sexy red blouse and beautiful metallic red-brown skirt and shoes---they match the tires and other metal parts of the vehicle, while her blouse matches the red of the vehicle. Plus you places her so she spans it perfectly. You do this so well. And because you put her and the ATV on an angle across the road, you got a great counterpoint between road and vehicle, as she and the ATV also make a nice counter line to the trees. It's a really sweet image. And she looks totally at home on that thing. (You'd never get me on one of those---I think you gotta have nerves of steel to ride one of those...) She even has a bronze tone to her skin, which blends with the bronze tones in the grass. Another masterful manipulation between 3D and photograph, w/ more fine composition. And my heart goes out to Dan, who is feeling better (from his comments), and who I hope continues to feel better. We've had depression in our family and I've had friends who've battled it, and I know it takes a lot of guts and energy to overcome it. All the best to Dan! And I wish you all the best in your home endeavors. (If you come to a point in about a month where you're ready to take the house and throw it in the garbage and just walk off, it'll be understandable: It's not fun work you're doing, I know.) All the best to you and Jo! And thanks for your wishes for me and my sister. (My sister's had depression, so I know something about it.) I'm sorry I'm so late, but I hope to be back with more regularity before too much more time passes...

Almost missed this! It does indeed look like the Midwest but with fewer mosquitoes. Good thoughts for Diemaker, too--I'm glad he has a friend to talk to, this time is very isolating for a lot of people.

Lovely! Looking forward to "seeing" a lot more of her. 😉 Nice job here. She's a pretty woman and nice job matching her and the 4 wheeler to the background. Nice match with light and everything.

Cool image, Rod! Beautiful background, and cool looking ATV. Nelly sure looks like she's enjoying whatever it is that she is doing, on top of that ATV! With those 'funky' high heel shoes, and that big 'ole' gun that she's toting.......ya never quite know what she's planning on doing!! 'lol'!!!!! I likey!!!
