Its not as difficult to do,just alot of patients. Each strand was painted and turned into a 3d object and adjusted. I think you need to be a bit mad and have alot of time to burn too lol.

I love it do you use a filter or something in Zbrush to get that effect?

I wish a filter! Each strand was created by painting the strands and making them into 3d and adjusting them to follow the forms. Its a time consuming method but it keeps me off the social apps of doom. Thanks
