this is the alternate angle to my previous upload of the never ending struggle faced by designers, illustrators, and animators, MICRO MANAGEMENT - and they do it with a smile - disregarding the hours of work that went into something and then the follow up hours of work to fix it all but to change it again one more time -

Ohhh I so know this situation. My most hated expression when senior management are looking at the results of a project are "Can we just....?".
