“Can’t you just feel the romantic atmosphere here?”
“Sure the footbridge is nice but I don’t know what is so romantic about a smelly old canal.”
There are those who visit Venice, a city of sights and great artistic monuments like no other and can only comment on the smell of the canals, which you get used to after about ten minutes. And if you visit even at the height of the tourist season by avoiding the handful of places that tourists congregate you will find photogenic scenes at every turn with not another tourist in sight.
The settings are from a now defunct set by Richabri named Romantic Trio. It was a package of three earlier sets. This one is Walkway Bridge. I don’t think I ever used it.

Another nice scene of romantic "misfires"! I wonder if maybe these two aren't that well-suited to each other?! I visited Venice in July and was so entranced by all the history and art that I don't even remember the smell :-) (I do remember being awfully hot, however.)

From her point of view he is a nice guy but ranter dense and unimaginative. It makes them an interesting couple to put in romantic situations that don't quite work out. Hailey is my favorite female character. She had a long and complicated relationship with Aram, another SAV character a few years back that came out much better. In that case everyone but the two saw that they were the perfect couple but it took them almost forever to figure it out.
